For eight years, I have been helping organizations rethink their development strategy to integrate the concept of ecological transition, enabling the paradigm shift necessary for the survival of our society.
From these eight years, I understood that strategic support is essential but insufficient to generate the behaviors necessary for the paradigm shift. I also understood that it is not enough to be convinced to convince others of the importance of rapidly evolving one's practices. Finally, I realized that many intend to change to meet environmental challenges, but few manage to take action.
I then understood that a strategic approach to ecological transition could not be truly effective without behavioral change support.
In 2021, I decided to create ACT to support the transition from intention to action by facilitating the adoption of new practices aligned with ecological transition challenges, among others.
To achieve this, I offer:
• Training to raise awareness of CSR and the behavioral approach to ecological transition;
• Conferences to inspire changes in behavior and organizational practices;
• Collective intelligence workshops to reinvent oneself sustainably during seminars or team-building events.
