For over 15 years, I've traveled the world. I've held various positions in France and abroad, in tourism, management, marketing, communication, and sales for major international hotel groups and territorial entities. With eyes full of stars, I've shared my affection for these destinations, these populations, these architects of new worlds.
Following this, came the reassessment, the search for meaning, and the career change.
My background is multifaceted and composed of rich and complementary teachings (helping relationship, dynamic art therapy®, psycho-genealogy, Reiki energy healing, FPA training, Journal Creative®, Creative Problem Solving, Grief Journal®, Design Thinking, and coaching) to build the Toolbox of the Trainer - Facilitator - Coach that I am today.
Regarding training and facilitation: these are interventions, both inter- and intra-company, in the design and animation of innovative training programs. The fields of intervention revolve around human relations in management, creativity, innovation, the development of behavioral and cognitive skills, team and manager coaching, all in a playful way. The proposed modalities are multiple (flipped, active, disruptive and playful, synchronous in-person, asynchronous remote) while leveraging the collective and emotional intelligence of the participants.
As for coaching: the objective is to help the beneficiary find the most relevant solutions for them with the personal resources they have for each situation. Sessions can be held in person, via video conference, or by phone.
