• - Formalization of annual and professional interviews (initial implementation and creation of written materials)

• - Creation of a welcome booklet

• - Organization of professional elections: planning, letters, meeting minutes...

• - In charge of recruitment for the 6 points of sale: profile search, CV screening and pre-selection, ad writing, telephone and in-person interviews, up to the onboarding of the employee (receipt of all necessary hiring documents)

• - In charge of employee training, searching for training for employees, registrations and informing employees about their training

• - Customer advice on fitness practices and equipment offered

• - Receiving products and ensuring quality merchandising while guaranteeing product availability

• - Ensuring good information flow within the store, through correct and up-to-date in-store displays.

• - Customer loyalty: proposing online sales via terminals, for example, as well as all the different store services: loyalty card

• - Organization of a Fitness event in the Fitness aisles in collaboration with a gym, to boost Decathlon's image, optimize visibility, and create a partnership with a gym.
