Victoria was looking for a French supplier who could export sensitive products to Poland.

I found the supplier, negotiated the price, payment terms, and delivery.

I validated the order and managed the follow-up until delivery.

During these five years, I was responsible for several strategic departments within the company, including purchasing, procurement, production, methods, and logistics.

My main role was to ensure the smooth flow of the supply chain, compliance with production deadlines, and cost optimization while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key achievements and responsibilities:

- Purchasing and procurement: needs definition, supplier search and selection, price and deadline negotiation, inventory management, and just-in-time procurement planning.

- Production: supervision of machine manufacturing, production order planning, performance monitoring, and implementation of continuous improvement actions.

- Supplier quality: handling non-conformities, monitoring corrective and preventive action plans, evaluating supplier performance.

- Team management: managing technicians and operators, leading department meetings, supporting teams in skill development.

- Continuous improvement: optimization of logistics flows, reduction of purchasing and operating costs, implementation of performance indicators (KPIs).

During these nine years, I held the position of Purchasing Manager.

In this role, I was responsible for procuring all products necessary for the smooth operation of the company: components, consumables, raw materials, as well as general purchases (mutual insurance, provident fund, water, electricity, office supplies, furniture, etc.).

My role was to ensure product availability while optimizing costs and ensuring the quality of services provided.

My main responsibilities:

- Sourcing and supplier management: searching, selecting, and retaining suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating purchasing conditions, and establishing long-term partnerships.

- Operational follow-up: complete management of the purchasing cycle (orders, acknowledgments, deliveries, invoices, documentation), monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring deadlines are met.

- Supplier quality: handling non-conformities, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with the relevant partners.

- Inventory management: managing replenishment, tracking scheduled orders, managing stock entries and exits, implementing Kanban systems to optimize flows and reduce stockouts.

- Cost optimization: implementing strategies to reduce purchasing and operating costs while maintaining a high level of quality.

- Production planning: developing and monitoring the production schedule to ensure consistency between procurement, internal capacities, and customer needs.
