Hello, my name is Laetitia Solignac and I have been working in payroll and human resources for over 17 years.
My background, split between an accounting firm (where I acquired rigorous methodology) and a company (where I developed an operational and strategic approach), allows me today to have a complete and concrete vision of the payroll function.
Beyond payroll management, I chose to pass on my know-how by becoming a payroll trainer. I support learners and professionals in:
mastering tools (CEGID, COALA, QUADRATUS, SILAE, TEAMS RH, SAGE 100, Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
understanding and applying social and legal rules,
developing methodological best practices adapted to their context (firm or company).
I have also led HR digitalization projects, such as the implementation of electronic signatures and electronic safes, thus strengthening my skills in change management and applied pedagogy.
My goal: to make payroll clear, structured, and operational, while transmitting practical and effective methods to teams.
