My work consists of supporting leaders, managers, and teams in managing pressure, mental load, and transition phases (growth, reorganization, crisis) as a coach (RNCP Title), hypnotherapist, and mental coach.

What I offer:

I am based in Strasbourg and support companies throughout France, via video or on-site as needed.
