Laetitia Baron

Founder and leader of a coaching and training company, I have been working for over five years with training organizations and medico-social structures, particularly in the field of prevention.

My activity has been built around the design, deployment, and facilitation of psychoeducational coaching and professional training programs, targeting vulnerable populations and the professionals who support them.

I have developed and led psychoeducational workshops, provided support to families in difficulty, and conducted psychosocial rehabilitation coaching after addiction treatment. This field experience has led me to structure my activity as an independent trainer and consultant, now operated as a SASU, to meet the growing needs of training organizations and medico-social actors.

I intervene in particular on:
