- **Roadmap**: Development of the roadmap, identification of business challenges, prioritization of needs based on added value for the company, budget monitoring.
- **Business Process Redesign**: Restructuring of processes, design management with UX designers (Figma).
- **Change Management**: Implementation of new working methods through Agile approaches (Scrum and SAFe).
- **CRM Strategy**: End-to-end CRM strategy development (vision, objectives, deployment plan, testing, etc.), support for teams in adopting new features, project management in collaboration with technical and business teams, KPI definition, creation of personalized training materials and team coaching (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
- **Customer Experience**: Designing a complete customer experience with an omnichannel clienteling approach, encompassing the entire customer lifecycle, to build a lasting and positive relationship with the brand.
- **Project Management Tools**: Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Miro.
