1- Monitor and challenge the portfolio of activities, projects, and developments within its scope; assist the domains within its scope in providing the requested information for budget re-forecasts, both operationally (integration of a new project, milestones, deliverables) and financially.

2- Contribute to the drafting of investment validation files (DVI) for the domains within its scope; monitor the financial roadmap of its domains, and the DVI schedule. Produce regular reports (at least monthly) for the domain managers within its scope, contribute to the IT department's performance and financial reviews.

 Establish periodic reports and progress updates on the project.  Track the project schedule.  Manage the budget in conjunction with Management Control (committed, consumed, forecast)  Identify, track, and map technical and functional risks and estimate their criticality.  Manage project committees (COPROJ, COSTREAM): facilitation, production of presentation materials, drafting and storage of minutes.  Manage project risks (qualitative, budgetary, and scheduling).  Produce and track project KPIs.  Communicate on project progress through defined deliverables and within the team.  Provide methodological support and guidance to the project manager.

 Participate in scoping needs and various SAFe/Agile ceremonies.  Write User Stories, estimate them, prioritize, and set acceptance criteria for functionalities.  Define with the Scrum Team the objective and content of each sprint and validate the developed functionalities.  Participate in defining features (product functionality breakdowns).  Manage and control backlogs.  Coordinate the project and manage the budget.  Identify deviations and report them to the Product Manager and Delivery Manager.
