Working closely with Global PMO, Product leads and IT teams across development, DevOps, Infrastructure and Trading Platforms. Ensure that IT projects are planned, coordinated executed and delivered with discipline and clarity. Responsible for business and internal (technical) projects and driver of a vertical dedicated for Trading function of the company.

Organized and managed all phases of projects to ensure on-time completion. Assembled and coordinated project team members; assigning individual responsibilities. Interacted regularly with existing or potential vendors, partners and clients to determine project needs and to develop strategic plans. Main area of involvement is AML/Compliance projects. Managed a team of three (3) tech support officers to support customers and ensure customer success.

Overview and run projects for both private and governmental sectors, on various industries under Agile Scrum methodology.

Perform business analysis functions and constantly communicate to analyse and validate requirements from clients, end-users and subject matter experts. Ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements and technical specifications and perform trainings required.
