As a self-employed professional, I look within companies and with entrepreneurs where their processes are stuck and what the next step is to get moving again. I do this based on experience and body awareness with horses in the area of personal development. Through conversations, I can also cut through these issues without horses and be of significance.

• ● Point of contact for entrepreneurs and clients in youth care & making the right connections between these parties to ensure continuity and quality in the sector.

• ● Furthermore, in this role, I also organized and coordinated a peer supervision group for entrepreneurs.

• ● Internship supervisor, coaching colleagues.

• ● Supporting management in the areas of policy, quality, and personnel.
