Aircall is a fully cloud-based telephony platform that integrates seamlessly with productivity and customer support tools already used in the company.

As the lead designer for the desktop and mobile (iOS & Android) applications used by front-line agents, I collaborated directly with UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and data teams to solve complex problems, design new features, and improve the product on a daily basis.

Key projects: Voice transcription by AI, SMS messaging experience, Salesforce & Microsoft Teams integrations, implementation of design tokens, mobile design system, application widgets.

Main activities:

• Working on open problems, user research (interviews), designing solutions tested according to specific criteria

• Contribution to the design culture (user research process, product excellence, visual QA, design feedback, design system)

• Team workshops, sketches, data-based iterations, UI design and prototyping

Professional integration carried out in alternation within the Parisian agency Ultranoir, a digital creation workshop founded in 2005. Collaboration with brands such as: Montblanc, Christian Dior, Messika Paris, Diptyque, Corsair, RATP

Main responsibilities:

- Creation of visual interfaces on web, mobile and other interactive device projects

- Responsible alongside the Lead Design, for the implementation of a UX strategy on all of the agency's projects

- Ideation and design of digital ecosystems

As a creative designer & developer, my role is to support clients from different sectors of activity to create user-centered web projects and interactive experiences allowing them to achieve their marketing objectives.
