KOMOD' is a clothing sharing and rental application between individuals. Developed V0 of the KOMOD' application with FlutterFlow and Firebase (www.komod.app). Oversaw growth strategy and user acquisition, with 50 beta testers and revenue of approximately €1,000 by the end of 2024. Benefited from the support of the PEPITE program and won an entrepreneurial competition organized by Nantes Métropole. Skills developed: No-code development, project management (Notion), UX/UI, building a business model.

Implemented and configured the Pipedrive CRM to optimize sales management and customer follow-up. Managed the migration and qualification of 10,000 contacts and automated the prospect contact process. Trained 3 team leaders on CRM usage and provided support for its adoption. Skills developed: CRM (Pipedrive), project management, market analysis, automation (Zapier), team training.

Managed a portfolio of international clients and optimized their experience. Developed digital marketing strategies, contributing to a 54% increase in clients from the website. Generated sales revenue of $10.46 million CLP, on average twice that of all staff. Skills developed: Sales management, SEO, digital marketing, video editing, content creation, productivity tools.
