I'm a former international journalist turned humanitarian communications strategist. Before moving into the NGO world, I spent several years reporting and photographing conflict, politics, and social movements.

Today, I work in humanitarian communications (MSF), supporting media engagement, crisis communications, advocacy efforts, strategic storytelling, and content production for both public and donor audiences.

I've worked on both sides of the media relationship. I understand how stories compete for attention, and why some messages resonate while others don't.

I've worked with journalists, humanitarian teams, spokespersons, and senior leadership across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, often in fast-moving environments.
