Reported to the CEO. Led the company-wide transformation program "Change Up" across 6 business lines* and 12,000 employees, with €350M impact target (growth + cost savings).

• ● Designed and deployed an integrated transformation roadmap, targeting +6% revenue and €50M in operational and procurement savings.

• ● Set up program governance, aligned executive leadership, and defined transformation KPIs.

• ● Managed cross-functional initiatives including organization design, process improvement, digital tool implementation.

• ● Oversaw external consulting teams and internal stakeholders.

Key outcomes: Successfully aligned strategic objectives across departments, embedded performance culture, and enhanced execution discipline.

Directed strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives across 11 countries (approx. 2,000 FTE). Built and led an internal consulting team to deliver high-impact cross-border projects in close collaboration with the Management Board and Country Directors.
