Prakses Asistents is a Latvian healthtech venture focused on closing gaps in cancer and cardiovascular screening uptake by working directly with general practitioners — the gatekeepers of preventive care in the national system.
As co-founder, I contributed across product strategy, partnership development, and operational design. The team built relationships across roughly a fifth of the country's GP network and contributed to screening-uptake research alongside major pharmaceutical partners including Novartis and Roche.
My focus areas were discovery research with clinicians, service design of the GP-facing workflow, stakeholder coordination across clinical and commercial sides, and shaping the product around how primary care actually runs on a day-to-day basis.
