Integrated into the BI team, my role is to ensure the reliability and availability of strategic business applications while supporting their evolution. My main missions are:

• Design and implementation of BI evolutions (integration of new data sources, creation and automation of reports and dashboards).

• Coordination with functional teams to analyze, diagnose, and correct data anomalies.

• Optimization of processes and data flows to improve the performance and quality of deliverables.

• Daily monitoring of integration processes and quality control of data to ensure their freshness and consistency in business tools.

• Participation in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the decision-support information system in a multi-tool environment (SQL Oracle, Pentaho, Power BI, SAS). Oracle SQL Pentaho ETL Power BI SAS / ODS / DWH OLAP GIT IT CARE

The service center's objective is to ensure the smooth operation of the customer reservation process for park access.

• Platform monitoring, control, and surveillance.

• Support and analysis of business or technical problems encountered. Oracle SQL Developer ODI JIRA

Within the service center, main mission: ensure the availability and reliability of inter-application flows and processes (over 500 flows maintained for 100 applications and tens of thousands of messages daily).

• Needs analysis, costing, and writing of detailed technical specifications (STD).

• Development of corrective and evolutionary applications, carrying out unit tests and multi-environment deployment.

• L2/L3 Application Support: diagnosis and resolution of complex business and technical incidents.

• Optimization of inter-application flows to improve performance and reduce recurring incidents.
