I am an Architect based in Île-de-France, working on design and development projects, both new and renovated, for individuals, companies, and professionals.
My scope of work covers projects in housing, public access buildings (ERP), commercial, retail, and real estate development, with an approach focused on functionality, spatial coherence, and technical mastery, from feasibility study to design, including the production of technical and execution plans and site supervision.
I have worked on projects for building extensions and creating housing, fitting out professional spaces, as well as real estate development operations, including projects involving metal structures. More recently, I participated in the design competition for a VIP box for the Red Star FC club in Saint-Ouen, as well as the development project for the Paris Longchamp terrace, two projects in a public access building (ERP) context with image, usage, and regulatory considerations.
I also handle regulatory aspects with the creation of urban planning permit applications (Prior Declarations and regulatory files), and I am proficient in construction standards, particularly for public access buildings (ERP) and fire safety.
In interior architecture, I design functional and coherent spaces, in line with the identity of the place and its uses. My work focuses on the organization of volumes, lighting, material selection, as well as the design of custom furniture when the project requires it.
