Work as a Sr. Business analyst/Product owner in multiple projects Facilitate scrum ceremonies like daily stand up meeting, sprint planning meeting, product backlog grooming Write user stories and related acceptance criteria Refine and prioritize product backlog Prepare software requirements specifications and other technical documents Manage off-shore software development team Requirement analysis and management Functional testing to ensure each application feature works as per specifications Business and technical analysis Translate high level business requirements into functional requirements. Coordinate with customer for Requirement Collections& UAT

Work with the technical team in breaking down the Epics into Stories, write the stories and act as P.O. to the team in a Scrum context. Elicit the requirements and manage stakeholders, and work with the dev team to deliver the product increments.

1 . Identify business process requirements of customers. 2. Map customers' core business processes baselines, assess it against best practices / ERP standard processes, and collect process feedback from relevant business partners.

3. Identify gaps and develop process improvement ideas with our customers and our development team. 4. Propose scenarios for target processes and drive decision making. 5. Create revised workflows and map out revised processes of our customers in semilimes ERP. 6. Develop roll-out concept (in particular remote training of ERP users), manage training sessions for new process roll-out, and support roll-out (incl. system implementation of key financial controls). 7. Help drive continuously operational excellence of our customers through definition of operational KPI.
