• Facilitating and raising awareness through training sessions

Assisting clients in monitoring their data privacy compliance:

• DPO Support: monitoring processing records, training sessions, conducting privacy by design, PIA, information notices, procedures

• Project Management (Agile methodology): implementation of a specific tool for compliance monitoring (OneTrust) first for the parent company then for subsidiaries. Project stages: kick-off, scoping workshops, follow-up workshops (steerco), roadmap monitoring. Importing about ten processing records per subsidiary into the software, creating dedicated templates (Transfer Impact Assessment, PIA, Privacy By Design, Third Party assessment...).

• GDPR Audits: website audits, cookie analysis, review of information notices and forms, identification of risks and controlled themes, proposal of remediation plans

• Assisting the DPO in deploying the group's data protection compliance

• Support in creating and deploying the processing register, conducting impact assessments (PIA), creating procedures, advising business units, creating a dedicated intranet (SharePoint)
