The combination is rare – and it took 25 years to emerge: Philosophy and Cybernetics as a foundation, Coding and AI Architecture as practice, Strategy and Organizational Transformation as an operational context.

I work at the intersection of these disciplines – not as a generalist, but with genuine depth in all three areas. My focus is on strategic AI architectures for regulated and complex organizations, particularly in the context of RAG systems, agentic workflows, Compound AI, organizational AI readiness, and executive advisory.

This is not just about technology, but about making AI initiatives structured, connectable, and organizationally viable – especially where technical, organizational, and governance-related decisions are closely intertwined.

In recent years, I have advised organizations such as Deutsche Telekom, SPRIND, BayWa, LAMY, and MEIRÉ in the areas of technology strategy, transformation, and AI-driven systemic change.

The philosophical background is not a minor aspect. It shapes how I structure problems, reduce complexity, question assumptions, and mediate between technical teams, management levels, and strategic decision-makers.

In 2021, together with partners, I founded Plateau Candy – a strategic design studio with a focus on AI systems, digital products, and interfaces. In parallel, I independently support organizations and executive teams with strategic, architectural, and technological issues at a senior level.
