Lead implementation of Binocs scheduling tool As an external consultant, I had End-to-end ownership of Binocs scheduling implementations for pharmaceutical clients (incl. CGT), accountable for delivery governance, budget, stakeholder alignment, and value realization. I led cross-functional business and IT teams to translate supply chain strategy into a scalable, data-driven scheduling solution. I drove alignment across departments ensuring fit-for-purpose system design, high user adoption, and a controlled go-live. Acting as key client counterpart for steering committees and senior management, safeguarding delivery timelines, quality, and value realization and delivered improved planning transparency, decision support, and operational resilience through disciplined project execution and strong change leadership.

Lead business design within Passenger Aviation As an external consultant, I was responsible for analyzing operational challenges and identifying strategic solutions to enhance efficiency, coordination, and resource utilization. I led the development of the non-financial evaluation criteria for the European tender on the Common Use Platform for check-in and boarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with industry standards. I played a key role in shaping the Enhanced Airport Operations Plan (EAOP). translating passenger demand and capacity challenges into planning principles that improved predictability, resilience, and cross-stakeholder decision-making.
