Client: Veolia Water Technologies (VWIS) Context: DevOps Engineer within a Task Force team, responsible for strengthening the team for critical projects of supervision migration with Dynatrace, extension creation, and observability projects.

Achievements: 1. Build: Implementation of the Dynatrace supervision tool

• Deployment and configuration of Dynatrace on multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Windows, and Linux servers

• Creation of custom Dynatrace extensions to capture specific metrics not natively covered (via Dynatrace Extension Framework)

• Automation of Dynatrace agent deployments on servers via Ansible, Terraform

• Reduction of technical debt by optimizing and modernizing existing solutions

• Creation of dynamic dashboards and performance analysis reports for project and management teams

2. RUN: Supervision of the VWIS RPOD environment

• Administration of the Dynatrace tool (creation of dashboards and implementation of custom metrics for different resources)

• Management and intervention on incidents created by Dynatrace on Opsgenie and ServiceNow, and informing project teams by proposing intervention solutions

• On-call duty

Context: Cloud DevOps Engineer within the CCOE Abeilles assurance team, responsible for implementing the AWS landing zone and ensuring the migration of applications related to the UK client to France. Team: 10 engineers. Achievements: 1. Build: Migration of applications and landing zone from UK to France

• Taking charge of a complete migration of an insurance application (AWS infrastructure + application) through to production delivery

• Creation of Terraform modules and resources for the entire infrastructure and application stack

• Creation of golden/application AMIs through Packer

• Confluence documentation

• Use of Jenkins pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment

• Processing of application and system logs via AWS Kinesis stream and Firehose, and through Lambda functions

DevOps Engineer within a CloudOps team for the project of taking over Sopra Steria supervision and implementing the Dynatrace monitoring tool.
