Founder & Managing Director of FutureScape® International, a consulting company which initially was founded in 1996 as the internal Think Tank of Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems and later Siemens Business Services. In October 2006 the business activities have been relaunched as an independent consulting company for Digital Transformation, Change and Innovation Management. Professional background: More than 25 years Executive/ Management experience from assignments as Industry Analyst, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales/ Global Account Manager, Marketing Director/ VP to General Manager/ CEO and CMO in companies such as Oracle Corporation, Commerce One Inc., Sport.de AG, Siemens AG/ Siemens Nixdorf AG, Siemens Business Services and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

As a Climate Reality Leader I volunteer for the NGO Climate Reality founded by Vice-president Al Gore. I educate interested people from all walks of life about the causes of human caused climate change and the impacts of the Climate Crisis. The focus of my work is to wake up people and motivate them to become active. We have the answers to this unprecedented challenge for humanity.
