Objective: Development of an interactive web application to promote real estate projects through immersive and intuitive 3D visualizations. The goal was to allow end customers to explore real estate properties in detail before their construction, offering a fluid and engaging user experience.

Tasks:

- Participation in stakeholder meetings to gather and clarify functional requirements.

- Writing technical specifications and close collaboration with product and design teams to define priorities.

- Planning and tracking tasks using Jira, while ensuring incremental delivery of features.

- Participation in retrospectives to improve processes and integrate feedback.

- Addition of interactive modules such as: 3D navigation of real estate properties. Display of property details (dimensions, price, location).

- Resolution of bugs reported by users and QA teams.

- Performance optimization to ensure maximum fluidity, even on resource-limited machines. -Use of dependency injection to decouple project modules, facilitating unit testing and continuous integration. Technologies and tools used: Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB, CI/CD and version management (git), Jenkins, Jira

Results:

- Improved user experience: Interactive features allowed clients to visualize and explore real estate projects in 3D, increasing their engagement and satisfaction.

- Fast and reliable delivery: The Agile environment allowed for effective response to stakeholder requests and rapid addition of key features.

- Maintainable code: The use of design patterns and continuous integration tools facilitated future project evolutions.

- Familiarization with WAPT software (IT asset management); - Creation of WAPT packages with Python using PyScripter; - Updating WAPT packages with Python and Jenkins; - Adding functionality and improvements to WAPT software with Free-Pascal using Lazarus;
