With the legally mandated introduction of MDR (Medical Device Regulation) and UDI (Unique Device Identification), the need arose to adapt the entire packaging portfolio at BSN medical GmbH accordingly.

My task was to support the entire Packaging Management Team through, among others:
- Coordination of tasks for the portfolio to be revised with the Packaging Management Team
- Creation of specification documents, with independent coordination and alignment with suppliers and production sites
- SAP maintenance of logistics and DSD data
- UDI data management
- Other data maintenance and technical documentation
- Maintenance of project documentation, including in MS Teams
- Project management and independent project meetings with PMO
- Partial participation in team meetings
- Alignment of specifications with product teams
- Alignment of specifications with the graphic design team
- I carried out project support 50% at the client's site and 50% remotely (home office) from the beginning. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we seamlessly switched to a 100% remote working relationship.
