The Allianz SE board has decided to establish a global infrastructure and security model, gradually integrating the infrastructure and operational security operations of the Operating Entities within Allianz Technology. Governed in the case of the French entity under law L1224-1.

The 4 pillars of IT Infrastructure are concerned:

>Datacenter services: hosting activities and related operations

>Network & Communication services: telecom services, internet access and telephony (excluding Call Centers)

>Security Operations: relay of the Information System Security Manager on all perimeters (workstation, central systems, Cloud, datacenters)

>Workplace services: technical foundations of the workstation

Product Owner of the IT stream

Agile management, accompanied by KPMG, of the description of the 80 service agreements of the perimeter, developed over 6 sprints of 2 weeks:

>Implementation and participation in all workshops with experts

>Service description

>Development of an “As-is” RACI then breakdown into “To be”

>Listing of combined services and possible exclusions

>GDPR alignment

>Application of IPC SLAs, suggestion of KPIs

>Application of capacity management

>Definition of volumes and tools to be transferred

Project manager for global transfer coordination

In close collaboration with Germany, and all support business lines, Purchasing, Legal, Finance and Human Resources.

>Construction of application contracts

>Negotiation of the framework contract with the main principles of Governance and the Comitology,

>Negotiations of the financial baseline and the compensation mechanism,

>Support in defining the external valuation of the scope to be transferred,

>Analysis of social benefits and passage through the social and economic committee,

>Monitoring of feedback from various social bodies

>Definition of asset lists, risk analysis and level of outsourcing criticality,

>Management of asset contracts, on a fixed-price basis and in unit technical assistance,

>Management of letters of novation to suppliers

>Editing of the material necessary for passage through various bodies: COMEX, ACPR, Risks & Compliance, Board of Directors of insurance companies, CSE…

>Definition of the target organization

360° vision of the project, SPOC for French and German managers, a real large-scale project that is similar to managing a contract of the outsourcing type.

Proposal of organization and work methods based on experience and the agency's assets, in order to optimize its operation and increase its profitability.

Propose project monitoring and project reporting tools & methods.
