Before starting development, I always take the time to understand:

• which features are essential... and which can wait
This helps avoid building a product that is too complex too early and allows us to focus on what truly brings value.

My Philosophy

My role is as much technical as it is product-oriented: helping to transform a vision into a concrete product, while maintaining a pragmatic approach to move quickly and learn from the market.
In parallel with my projects, I also develop my own products, which allows me to fully understand the challenges faced by founders: uncertainty, quick trade-offs, and the need to move forward without over-complicating the technical aspects.
