I led the redesign of a critical insurance underwriting platform, used daily by thousands of users. Results: -40% partner integration time, x2 transaction capacity, CI/CD optimization (-35% build time). I managed a team of 4 developers, established engineering standards, and strengthened the infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform) to support future growth.

Integrated several PSPs and implemented a multi-tenant system capable of processing thousands of monthly transactions. Adopted and disseminated GraphQL within teams, reducing code redundancy by 50% and accelerating deliveries. Optimized AWS infrastructure (Hasura, Cognito, SNS) to make it more scalable and significantly reduce operational costs.

Responsible for backend optimization and security of large-scale insurance applications. I led a data portability program compliant with the Data Act, designed a robust AWS architecture (99.99% uptime), and improved system resilience through Terraform and IaC. My role also involved coordinating teams to accelerate the production of new features.
