Very early on, I became interested in a simple question: what makes certain people take action? This curiosity led me to environments where understanding, structuring, and supporting change were essential. By working closely with teams, I understood that the success of a transformation relies not only on tools or processes but on the buy-in, alignment, and mobilization of individuals. I focused my career on change management, designing and facilitating programs that bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational reality, particularly on topics of cultural transformation and ecological transition. Today, I work at the intersection of consulting, facilitation, and coaching, with a strong conviction: a successful transformation is one that is experienced as much as it is decided. Here are some of my proudest professional achievements:

Supporting a large group in defining and deploying its ecological transition strategy, with a significant challenge in aligning the Executive Committee and operational departments. In a context of divergent visions and low ownership, I designed and facilitated over 10 collective intelligence initiatives (30+ workshops, 800+ participants) that structured a shared operational roadmap, aligned 5 departments, and accelerated decision-making on strategic issues.

Contributing to an ERP transformation program across Europe (12 countries), in a context of high organizational complexity and diverse local practices. I acted as an interface between business teams (Supply Chain), IT, and local entities, structuring target processes, coordinating testing phases, and deploying a change management program in 5 countries (training, support, field coaching).
