• SOGECAP: Management of residential and office premises including the Ministry of National Education: re-commercialization/Management/Charge reconciliations/Account settlements

• AMUNDI Immobilier: Taking over and then managing a portfolio of ground-floor retail spaces and a Parisian hotel following a tender won by Constructa: Tenants H&M, Jacadi, Hema, Undiz, Monoprix, Casino, Carrefour, Louis Vuitton etc.

Financial, legal, and technical management for institutional clients:

• of a portfolio of ground-floor retail spaces and garden centers – €105 million – Paris-IDF-Region

• "le Kirchberg" shopping center – 13,000 m2 – Luxembourg

Valuation: implementation and monitoring of the defined valuation strategy, monitoring of real estate appraisals, monitoring of works, Business Plan, reporting, presentation at the General Meeting of partners

Management: Supervision of Property Management, commercialization, litigation

Unit or portfolio sales: monitoring of data rooms - leases, administrative authorizations. Supervision of stakeholders (Notaries/Technical Service Providers/Brokers) - Monitoring of questions and preparation of answers.
