Kheira Belkacem

I started my career in product management before moving into research, becoming a user researcher after completing a PhD in Political Communication and Digital Governance at the University of Leeds (UK). My expertise focuses on improving the use of digital products and services by adopting user-centered approaches internally. I have worked directly within product teams as well as in an agency setting with diverse clients (e-commerce, industry, automotive). I am particularly proficient in qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews and user testing. I work fluently in both French and English.
