As a PMO within Arval’s strategic programs, I contribute to the structured and results-driven delivery of initiatives by providing comprehensive support in the following areas:

•Financial Oversight: Full responsibility for project budget management, including planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.

•Forecast Management: Design and regular updates of financial forecasts, enabling efficient resource planning and data-driven decision-making.

•Project Monitoring: Continuous supervision of project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and risk indicators to maintain project control and ensure delivery within scope and deadlines.

•Governance & Steering: Implementation and reinforcement of project governance frameworks, including the preparation of steering committees, coordination of stakeholders, and delivery of structured reporting (dashboards, KPIs, progress notes) to ensure strategic alignment, informed decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

•Methodological Support: Application of internal project management standards and best practices to ensure consistency, traceability, and quality across the project lifecycle.
