Client: Hitachi RCS (Revenue Collection Systems) Responsibilities: - Analysis of Polarion and ComplyPro environments - Importing specifications and contracts into Polarion. - Implementing traceability between requirements, deliverables, and contracts. - Creating automated export templates from Polarion. - Contributing to requirements validation by exporting and formatting client compliance matrices (Excel, ComplyPro).

Railway sector, with a focus on improving and modernizing metro, RER, and tramway infrastructure in Paris. Support for system integrators to ensure traceability and requirements management for new rolling stock. Client: RATP DSI/TSI Responsibilities: - Key user of Reqtify to ensure requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles. - Analysis of requirements coverage percentages. - Reporting to various stakeholders. - Close collaboration with system integrators to ensure compliance with requirements. - Improvement of the requirements management process.

Deployment of Jama Connect, a requirements management tool. - Migration of existing data to Jama Connect, ensuring data integrity and continuity. - Creation of requirements traceability in Jama Connect. - Integration of Jama Connect with Jira via TaskTop to ensure continuous traceability with the task backlog. - Training new users on Jama, covering key features and best practices. - Change management to facilitate Jama adoption.
