Khalil Mouhah

Software engineer with hands-on experience in backend development, automation engineering, and systems integration. I work primarily in Python, and have built production automation pipelines running inside Citrix-based enterprise environments, coordinating multi-step processes across internal databases, communication tools, and third-party platforms.

At Accenture, I worked on automating telecom access workflows where reliability and traceability were non-negotiable. The work involved implementing structured input validation to prevent bad data from propagating downstream, designing controlled orchestration layers for multi-system execution, building fault recovery logic, and producing logs structured for auditability rather than just debugging. The goal was not to speed things up but to make the process observable and safe at scale.

On the research side, I published a paper at ACM ICACS 2023 on large matrix multiplication algorithms, focusing on computational efficiency and performance trade-offs in parallel systems. That work trained a specific kind of thinking: reason about constraints first, evaluate trade-offs explicitly, and do not overclaim what your results show.

My core strengths are backend engineering, process automation, API integration, and building systems that stay correct under real operational conditions. I work well in environments with legacy constraints, multi-tool dependencies, or sensitive data flows where the hard part is not writing the code but understanding the system well enough to know what the code needs to do.

Stack: Python, SQL, REST APIs, workflow automation, Citrix-based RPA environments. Comfortable picking up new tooling quickly when the problem is well-defined.
