• CFO Governance & Delivery — producing a complete chain of deliverables: formalized CFO decisions, 5-level risk system (NORMAL→SURVEILLANCE→RUN-OFF→FREEZE), dynamic risk formula (JMIR, RACI 17 activities, decision tree 8 edge cases).

• Management of Azure FinOps programs (scoping, baselining, savings plan, consumption governance) across multi-subscription environments.
