Responsible for the administration and support of the Ingenico Estate Manager payment terminal management platform, within a team of 7 people including 1 Team lead, 6 Linux and Cloud system engineers:

• Administration and management of the infrastructure and various GCP Cloud services (Compute Engine, Postgresql, Cloud Storage, LoadBalancing, ...)

• Monitoring of the infrastructure of various environments (Prod, PreProd, Dev, Test and QA) installed on GCP cloud and in Data Centers using Prometheus and Grafanna

• Analyze system and application logs and resolve production incidents

• N2 and N3 technical support

• Creation of Linux Bash, Terraform and Ansible scripts for automating installation, backup, and update tasks

• Intervention and resolution of incidents in Equinix and Interxion datacenters

• Contribute to infrastructure construction projects

• Handling of SSL/TLS certificates for various applications (renewal, installation...)

• Participate in the deployment and automation of applications: setting up GCP infrastructure and configuring a CI/CD pipeline using GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Delivery or support of deliveries, validation of the operability of new components

• Writing technical documentation on Confluence. Integrate the Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication solution with Keycloak. Participate in the annual PCI-DSS.

• Design and maintenance of various CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins and GitLab-ci)

• Automation of testing and deployment phases

• Integrate SonarQube solution to ensure code quality testing

• Management and creation of Terraform and Ansible scripts

• Source code management on GitLab

• Creation of Dockerfile and Kubernetes YML files (Pods, Deployments, Service, Ingress)

• Automatic deployment on the Azure Kubernetes AKS cluster

• Store Docker images in Azure Container Registry (ACR)

• Management of various databases (Test, QA, Preprod, and Prod) on Azure (Azure Blobs, Azure MySQL service)

• User management on Azure Active Directory

• Cloud infrastructure management (VMs, cluster, and monitoring with Prometheus
