For 15 years, I've been designing and leading custom software that runs my clients' businesses. My approach can be summed up in one sentence: we don't twist your business to fit a standard tool, we build the tool that fits your business.

I think architecture first. A readable business model, deliberate technical choices, foundations that hold when everything else moves. This is what separates a platform that lasts from a product that cracks at the first sign of scaling.

Startups: I've been living in this world since 2008. I've launched, helped launch, and still launch with KernLab. I cover the entire cycle, from idea to MVP, then from MVP to growth. I can also take over a fragile MVP, often built too quickly, and refactor its architecture so it supports scaling instead of collapsing under it.

Established companies: transitional technical leadership, critical project scoping, agentic AI.

I speak two languages, business and technology, and I bridge the gap between them.
