Study of the impact of the inter-company electronic invoicing reform on VSEs and the entire ecosystem of stakeholders:

– Production of an educational summary of the new obligations for VSEs under the 2024 electronic invoicing reform

– Analysis of current VSE management processes, barriers, and levers for VSEs to implement the changes required by the reform

– Analysis of the electronic invoicing stakeholder ecosystem, their strategies, and initiatives regarding VSEs

– Identification of value propositions that La Poste Group can offer to support VSEs in this transformation

Implementation of the public inter-company electronic invoicing portal:

– Participation in working groups and consultation meetings between the administration and various parties (Large Companies, SMEs & VSEs, Software Publishers, Federations, Chartered Accountants, Consulting Firms, Law Firms, etc.) before the publication of texts governing inter-company electronic invoicing

– Definition and design of personal and professional identity security measures for future users of the public electronic invoicing portal, in compliance with the e-IDAS regulation and electronic invoicing texts

– Definition and design of the future central directory of invoice recipients in consultation with the DGFIP and stakeholders (FNFE, Federations, publishers, ...)

– Definition and design of the E-Reporting system for transactions and payments in consultation with the DGFIP and stakeholders

– Management of a tender process for the acquisition, in SaaS mode, of a service for optical character recognition of PDF invoices to be submitted to the future public electronic invoicing portal to generate a Factur-x

– Management of the activities of the service provider responsible for the design and implementation of the future public inter-company electronic invoicing portal

– Support for several Town Halls (Noisy-Le-Grand, Saint-Mandé, Malakoff, Caluire & Cuire) in defining and prioritizing use cases and implementing the GOFAST collaborative platform from CEO-VISION publisher

– User training and support for stakeholders in mastering the tool and associated processes (change management)

– Dematerialization of the recruitment request process within the Noisy Le Grand town hall in the form of a personalized workflow within the GoFAST platform
