Design and management of the maintenance plan: Creation and implementation of the Operational Condition Maintenance (MCO) and Security Maintenance (MCS) organization for the SISPAC security system. Technical documentation: Writing and structuring all documentation: quick reference guides, maintenance procedures, usage diagrams, and creation of a training Wiki for the teams. System testing and validation: Performing functional tests on access control systems (biometric badges, vehicle access management via LAPI), alerts, notifications, and video surveillance. Project management and coordination: Collaboration with technical teams and project managers to define needs, presentation of progress during meetings and seminars (including the SISPAC project seminar). Support and deployment: Participation in the installation and labeling of equipment (electrical cabinets, control stations), and development of scripts for optimizing document search.

At the High School Students' Association, I participated in the organization and management of activities for students: event management, project management, internal communication, and logistical support. I also contributed to the smooth running of the association by providing support in organization, coordination, and communication among members.

Problem analysis and resolution: Identification of flaws in a backup system and proposal of technical solutions. Project management: Design of specifications and coordination with providers for the implementation of software. User support: Supervision of IT support for 2 servers and approximately 30 users.
