I joined Mektoube to support the transformation of a dating platform used by over 500,000 users, with one ambition: to evolve a legacy product while preparing for its next growth phase.

My role went far beyond design. I led the product strategy, the design of critical user flows, and their deployment, in close collaboration with the Engineering, QA, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance teams.

I worked on the most structuring aspects of the product: privacy, identity verification, matching, discovery, subscriptions, communication, conversational AI, and Design System, with a constant objective: to transform complex constraints into simple, trust-building experiences.

Concurrently, I structured Design practices by leveraging user research, product data analysis, and support feedback to guide product decisions based on usage rather than intuition.

-> Overhauled key product user flows, resulting in a 34% improvement in retention.

-> Led product strategy from discovery through post-launch monitoring.

-> Designed strategic features related to privacy, identity verification, subscriptions, and conversational experiences.

-> Co-created a scalable Design System for iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

-> Authored functional specifications in French and English.

I joined Yassir during a hyper-growth phase, at a time when the company was accelerating its international expansion after its time at Y Combinator and a funding round of over $200 million.

My mission was twofold: to evolve existing products while helping teams build new ones.

I led the design of several strategic experiences, from the redesign of the Rider and Driver apps to the creation of a B2B MVP developed from scratch, as well as internal tools for operational teams.

In parallel, I managed a design team of 3 Product Designers, 2 UX Researchers, and 1 UX Writer, while co-leading the implementation of the Design System to unify products and support team scaling.

I joined Somfy, the global leader in connected home, to design digital experiences that connect physical products with simple, intuitive, and reliable interfaces.

I worked on mobile and web applications used to control connected devices, in close collaboration with the Product, Development, and Hardware teams. My role was to simplify complex user flows, harmonize experiences across different platforms, and transform technical constraints into natural interactions.

This experience allowed me to develop a systemic approach to design, where every decision must consider the entire product ecosystem: software, hardware, and usage.
