Migration of a B2B order orchestrator SFR (Package)

Inetum

Tasks Performed:

• Training the team (developers + BAs) on the environment of the new orchestration application (I have knowledge of it from my previous mission).

• Reverse engineering from the legacy application.

• Supporting BAs in defining requirements and writing and breaking down user stories.

• Assisting developers through pair programming workshops on their task development.

• Developing user stories.

• Coordination with the development team of the destination application.

• Code review.

- Evolutionary maintenance of the operator extranet application in the old framework (Apache Wicket, Java 7, Maven) in both frontend and backend aspects.

- Evolutionary maintenance of the Atlas application (Order Orchestrator) responsible for interacting with other entities via web services to transmit the enriched order result to other SSAs at the end of the process.

- Interventions on the Linux servers hosting the applications.

- Development of a Shell script to check for the existence of the properties file in production if it exists in the staging environment, compare properties files between staging and production to ensure no delta, verify non-nullity of properties, and display detailed errors at the end of execution to avoid forgetting to add crucial properties like web service URLs before any deployment.

- Creation of a Javascript/jQuery script to display a tree structure of folders/files contained in an Amazon S3 bucket with the ability to download them.

- Use of an internal MFT for transferring an order file from a source to the destination order orchestrator.

- Addition of reCaptcha to the Extranet login form.

- Manipulation and exploitation of tokens on the front-end side (Angular 13).

- Exposure of an eligibility web service for operators for the Ethernet ACCESS offer (Spring boot, REST/SOAP, Gradle), which calls various SSAs via REST and SOAP web services and returns an eligibility result.

- Development of the Demand Management (GDD) project and creation of various HMIs in Angular within the new framework (Angular, Spring Boot).

- In the Demand Management (GDD) project, interactions with the FTP server to store/delete attachments for demands and comments.
