Context:

As a PO, I managed the functional evolutions and ensured the operational monitoring of an existing ECP (Energy Communication Platform) dedicated to communication between European Transmission System Operators (TSOs). The team consisted of three full-stack developers. My role included backlog management, prioritization of requests (fixes, evolutions, support), writing user stories, as well as coordination with stakeholders to ensure product stability and continuous improvement.

Context:

Within this project at Cegedim, I held the role of PO / CPT for the implementation of a platform meeting the needs of clients wishing to digitally sign various documents. The technical team, composed of two full-stack developers, worked with a Java / Spring and JSF stack. My role involved gathering business requirements from clients (energy, health, real estate, etc.), designing signature workflows adapted to different use cases, and managing the platform's development. The solution allowed for centralizing documents to be signed, orchestrating validation steps, and then automatically triggering the signature ceremony at the end of the process. I was also responsible for writing user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating between clients and the development team to ensure delivery aligned with expectations.

Context:

As a Business Analyst within an agile team (Scrum) composed of four developers and two architects, I contributed to the redesign of Nexity's property management system. My primary role involved gathering business needs, writing user stories, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and ensuring the functional compliance of deliverables. I was also responsible for validating APIs through functional tests to ensure the proper integration of services into the application ecosystem.
