In my role as IT Consultant and Project Manager, I am responsible for the conception, software architecture, and agile implementation of complex web platforms and B2B SaaS solutions.

Focus & Core Projects:

GPS Dashboard & Real-Time Tracking: Conception and development of a high-performance dashboard for live tracking and route optimization (Proof of Delivery) for the logistics provider BOOXpress.

Modern Full-Stack Architecture: Technical implementation of scalable systems based on Next.js, NestJS, and TypeScript, from data structure to production-ready deployment.

Project Management & Consulting: Steering the development team, requirements analysis (Requirements Engineering), and close coordination with stakeholders to secure business-critical IT processes.

Technical lead & mentoring in Mobile App Development (iOS & Android).

In this role, I conceptualized, led, and technologically supported the intensive technical training for career changers in software development. The focus was on teaching modern native app development and best practices in software architecture.
