Product vision definition: Clarify product objectives in line with user needs and strategic priorities (functional specs, user stories). Backlog planning and prioritization according to technical constraints, risks, and business value. Progress monitoring: Ensure smooth sprint execution, test deliverables, and make adjustments based on feedback. Continuous improvement: Identify and integrate improvements based on user feedback and market evolution. Risk management: Anticipate and manage product development risks. Development of the product roadmap and delivery management. Communication, reporting, governance, and committee management (steerco, opco, agile rituals). PI planning preparation and coordination with teams (Devs, Scrum Master, RTE, sponsors, PM, BA).
