Assisting and advising job seekers in their professional training projects.

Analyzing training needs based on candidates' skills and professional goals.

Informing about available funding and support schemes for training (CPF, Pôle emploi, etc.).

Connecting candidates with suitable training programs and supporting them throughout their journey.

Organizing and leading advisory interviews and group workshops on career management, job search, and validation of acquired experience (VAE).

Participating in the promotion of training offers and the development of programs adapted to labor market changes.

Monitoring trainees' progress throughout their program and intervening in case of difficulties.

Evaluating candidate satisfaction and proposing adjustments to training programs if necessary.
