Within Altice France – SFR, I worked for 3 years as a Python / Django Developer as part of the redesign of an application system managing SFR and RED fixed-line subscriptions.

I was involved in the entire backend development cycle, including:

🔹 Design & Architecture

Modeling of relational databases and management of relationships (One-to-One, One-to-Many, Many-to-Many)

Structuring of REST APIs and endpoints according to business needs

Implementation of schemas and management of configurations via Django

🔹 Backend Development

Development of robust APIs with Django REST Framework

Use of different view methods: ViewSets, APIView, Generic Views

Model-based serialization and implementation of advanced filters via the ORM

Authentication management (Token, JWT) and permission implementation

Storage and management of environment variables

🔹 Quality & Testing

Endpoint testing via Postman

Creation of unit tests with Pytest

Performance optimization (caching, ORM query optimization)

🔹 DevOps & CI/CD

Updating and maintaining docker-compose files

Management of Kubernetes manifests (YAML)

Code versioning with Git / GitLab

Updating GitLab CI/CD pipelines

This mission allowed me to gain solid experience in developing high-performance APIs, processing complex data, and managing orchestrated environments in production.

I completed my end-of-study internship at the software publisher Geolsémantics as a Python developer and a junior Data Scientist for an internship followed by a 6-month fixed-term contract to strengthen the data team. I worked on projects related to automatic language processing (NLP) and contributed to the development of solutions exploiting textual data.
