Senior FullStack React/Symfony. Migrating the current app into full React Single Page App with newer techs

As a React SPA/TypeScript Front-End Developer, I played a key role in a two-developer team, collaborating closely with a back-end colleague to design and develop a responsive and high-performance application for public reception facilities (such as hospitals and nursing homes). This innovative application aims to facilitate the management of the Legionella prevention obligation, a critical responsibility for these facilities. My contribution focused on creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces, using cutting-edge technologies such as React for Single Page Applications (SPA), TailwindCSS for responsive and optimized styling, and shadcn/ui for modern and functional UI components.

I implemented advanced development practices, including the use of monorepos for better cohesion between the front and back parts of the application, and pnpm for efficient dependency management. Integration with AWS, including Cognito for secure authentication, S3 for documents and images, and a set of APIs for business logic, enabled the deployment of a robust and scalable solution.

The application allows for precise management of preventive actions against Legionella, such as temperature readings, and automates the generation of necessary documents to prove compliance. My mission included complete front-end development, from design to production, ensuring an optimal user experience to facilitate Legionella management by the facilities. This project demonstrated my ability to develop complex front-end solutions, my mastery of modern technologies, and my commitment to creating software that addresses important societal needs.

As an expert Front-End developer, I contributed at VPAuto to the design and development of an innovative vehicle auction marketplace platform.

Specializing in NextJS (React), TailwindCSS, and TypeScript, I worked in collaboration with a dedicated Back-End team using Symfony. The Front-End and Back-End teams were distinct but communicated effectively.

My role was crucial in developing a solution that allows registered companies to sell and buy vehicles, thus facilitating transactions at the national and European levels. I addressed technical challenges, particularly multilingual development and support for currencies and tax systems, thereby ensuring a user experience.

One of my major contributions was optimizing the platform's SEO. I implemented advanced SEO techniques, such as JSON-LD and meta tags including Open Graph, to improve the site's visibility and accessibility. Furthermore, I took on the technical challenge of integrating translated URLs within NextJS, a non-native feature, enhancing the multilingual user experience as well as search engine optimization through language-specific URLs.

Within a team of 5 Front-End and 3 Back-End developers, under the direction of a PO, we adopted an agile methodology with 14-day sprints. I also took the initiative to create comprehensive documentation, not only to facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge within the team but also to ensure a thorough understanding of the project as a whole.

This position allowed me to demonstrate my advanced Front-End development skills, my ability to work in an agile environment, and my commitment to continuous improvement of processes and code quality, but also highlighted my aptitude for contributing to the continuous improvement of SEO and web accessibility.
