Notary graduate, former assistant notary for over 5 years, I worked in a notary office on highly technical legal files (real estate law, family law, corporate law).

Currently a business manager, I also undertake occasional remote legal missions, mainly for proofreading, legal securing, and risk analysis on existing documents.

My approach is pragmatic, structured, and focused on legal security, with the aim of identifying points of vigilance, clarifying clauses, and limiting risks for my clients.

I undertake targeted missions, without long-term commitment, with flexible availability (a few hours as needed).

Preferred areas of intervention: contracts and agreements, legal analysis, risk management, documentary compliance.
