Cloud and DevOps Expertise
After a career in consulting, then in teaching at an engineering school, I now offer my expertise in consulting, training, and implementation missions around the Cloud Native ecosystem.
Convinced that technology and people must evolve together, my contribution is divided into three areas:
- Infrastructure and DevOps: Cloud, Kubernetes, GitOps, Platform Engineering... in this magma of concepts and technologies, I offer a clear and synthetic vision of the state of the art of infrastructure and deployment, as well as support to achieve this goal, while taking into account the specific constraints of the organization.
- Clean Code and Cloud Ready Apps: as infrastructure evolves, applications must now be thought of differently to take advantage of this new world. I support development teams in the design and redesign of applications, to enable them to evolve with greater velocity.
- DevOps Culture and Organizational Transformation: technological evolutions disrupt existing organizational methods, generating frustration if not rethought, and even suffering in the worst case. Armed with formal knowledge in organizational sociology, I support management in redefining structures, as well as appropriate interaction methods to leverage these innovations.
